Mental Self Defense

Mental Self Defense

From 2010, ViVe has held over 100 courses and lectures about mental self defense. Sigursteinn Másson, chairman of ViVe, has designed the courses and has sat on the board of management for The Icelandic Mental Health Alliance as chairman during 1999-2010. The lectures can be held either in English or Icelandic.

Lectures and courses last between 1 hour up to 4 hours long and can include intensive training in mental and physical self defense. The lectures focus on connecting mind and body, and they start with a real life story and then address issues such as: sleeping, diet habits, computer & mobile phone use, exercises and stress. Ordering courses is possible and they can be tailored for working places, students and schools as well.
